Diane Valenti – President and Founder
Diane Valenti has over twenty years experience in performance consulting. She has extensive project management experience and expertise, as well. She has been a certified project manager (PMP) and has managed virtual teams of up to thirty members working on projects of close to $1,000,000 budget.
Diane has taught instructional design in the extension program at UC Berkeley. She has also been featured in articles in the Training & Development Journal , Training Magazine, and in ASTD’s e-zine, Learning Circuits . In addition, Diane is the author of Training Budgets Step-by-Step , a book on how to develop a training plan and budget linked to strategic objectives.
She holds a Masters degree in Education and Human Development from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
