The Personal Consulting Program was designed for those situations when a full scale project is not appropriate, but access to a sounding board and expert advice can provide valuable information to help meet your personal and professional goals.

Is personal consulting right for you? Participating in this program can provide you with the opportunity to learn how to:

• Prove the value of training before it’s too late.
• Confirm that training, or training alone, is the right solution before you invest thousands of dollars on developing training that doesn’t work.
• Make sure that the training you do implement gets tangible results.
• Evaluate the instructional soundness of existing training programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Blend learning delivery methods to provide learning where, when and how it’s needed at the right price.
• Develop an evaluation strategy that delivers information you can use to make informed decisions.
• Assess training requests to ensure that limited resources are focused on urgent, time critical business needs.

There are three types of Personal Consulting available:

Option 1: Triage Consulting

For a $600 investment, you get unlimited phone and email access from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday for up to 5 business days following the initial call aimed at helping you address your most pressing issues. In addition, if you engage Applied Performance Solutions, Inc. within 30 days of the date your Triage Consulting program ends, your investment of $600 will be credited back to you.

Option 2: Targeted Consulting

For an investment of $2,000, you get unlimited phone and email access 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday for up to one month following the initial call. This package is most suitable if you need advice on a specific project. In addition, if you engage Applied Performance Solutions, Inc. within 30 days of the date your Targeted Consulting program ends, your investment of $2,000 will be credited back to you.

Option 3: Advantage Consulting

For an investment of $3,800, you get unlimited phone and email access 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday for up to three months following the initial call. This package is most suitable as a catalyst for ongoing professional development. In addition, if you engage Applied Performance Solutions, Inc. within 30 days of the date your Advantage Consulting program ends, your investment of $3,800 will be credited back to you.

Program Details

I only accept a small number of personal consulting clients at any one time so that I may provide them with a high level of attention and responsiveness. As a result, payment of the fee in full is required to start or to secure a place on the waiting list. I accept credit cards or can invoice against a PO number, whichever is more convenient for you.

The fee is nonrefundable for any reason. However, you may “freeze” the Advantage Consulting program at any time to accommodate especially busy times, vacations or other priorities.

The program is personalized in that I act as a sounding board and provide expert advice and guidance to the Personal Consulting client to help them reach their goals as opposed to also working with their team.
