Diane Valenti, President and Founder

Diane Valenti, President and Founder of Applied Performance Solutions, Inc., has over twenty years experience in performance consulting. She has extensive project management experience and expertise, as well. She has been a certified project manager (PMP) and has managed virtual teams of up to thirty members working on projects with close to $1,000,000 budgets.

Diane has taught instructional design in the extension program at UC Berkeley. She has also written and been featured in articles in the Training & Development Journal, Training Magazine, E-Learning!, ASTD’s blog, and ASTD’s e-zine Learning Circuits. In addition, Diane is the author of Training Budgets Step-by-Step, a book on how to develop a training plan and budget linked to strategic objectives.

She holds a Master’s degree in Education and Human Development from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
